- What is/was my part in the problem/challenge? What can I personally change?
- Where do I project responsibility outside of myself or blame someone else? Why?
- What (if any) benefit do I get from having this problem?
- What would I lose or have to give up by not having this problem?
- How did I limit myself, and how can I stop those limits?
- What resources can I draw upon?
- What are my personal strengths and weaknesses?
- What would I like to change about myself which is realistically possible?
- What am I willing to give up or do to achieve a better life?
